Their existing IT solution consisted of on-premises infrastructure with a remote backup/disaster recovery capability that was performing poorly and struggling to meet business requirements.
G8 Education needed an IT solution that was highly available, highly redundant and cost effective, servicing their businesses across Australia and Singapore.
G8 Education had a simple objective - take an arduous, manual process and transform it into a slick, automated operation. G8 Education’s communications team implemented a SaaS application to facilitate communication across their large and distributed organisation - Vision6. Unfortunately, the application did not have the functionality to import and synchronise contact data as an automated process. Due to the scale of the organisation - thousands of staff across over 500 locations - manual intervention was not an option and Idea 11 were engaged to remove this roadblock.
