Review your implementation of CI/CD pipelines – identify issues and optimisations

Investigate DevSecOps, and how to incorporate into your DevOps workflows
Propose an Action Plan with findings and recommended improvements

How we do it:

We’ll focus on a single application and its end-to-end lifecycle
We perform a series of workshops to determine how well your environment aligns with DevOps best practices
We’ll identify any issues and highlight potential optimisations that can be applied
We’ll then provide you with an actionable list of recommendations to improve and optimise your Infrastructure as Code or CI/CD pipeline deployments
The entire engagement is run over 2 days for rapid value delivery
